The Peer Group
At the heart of the Vistage experience is the confidential peer advisory group. Once a month, you meet to work through challenges and opportunities with 12-16 high-caliber executives from non-competing organizations using a proprietary framework called “issue processing.”
Your Dedicated Executive Coach
Vistage Chairs guide the groups. They are accomplished leaders; many are former CEOs themselves. Chairs also meet with you for private one-to-one sessions to help you explore the opportunities that can drive you forward.

As a Vistage member, you’re part of a group of other CEOs, business owners or key executives who are committed to helping each other make better decisions, get better results and become better leaders. A Vistage peer advisory group is made up of 12-16 other CEOs or local business owners and an executive mentor (Vistage Chair) who facilitates. It’s like having a confidential, private advisory board to troubleshoot problems, vet ideas and identify blind spots.

How does Vistage work?
